How do I install the app?

For iPhone or iPad:

Note: Installation works only with Safari.

  1. Open Safari and visit our website.
  2. Tap the "Share" button (square icon with an upward arrow) at the bottom.
  3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  4. On the next screen, confirm by tapping "Add" in the top-right corner.
  5. The app icon will appear on your Home Screen.

For Android:

  1. Open Chrome and visit our website.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. When asked, tap "Install App".
  4. Confirm by tapping "Install" in the following system window.
  5. The app icon will appear on your Home Screen.

If the installation window doesn't appear:

  1. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
  2. Select "Add to Home screen".
  3. Confirm by tapping "Install" in the following system window.
  4. The app icon will appear on your Home Screen.

How do I enable notifications in the app?

For iPhone or iPad:

Note: Notifications require iOS 16.4 or later.

  1. Open the app from your Home Screen.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. When asked to enable notifications, tap "Allow Notifications".
  4. Confirm by tapping "Allow" in the following system window.

For Android:

  1. Open the app from your Home Screen.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. When asked to enable notifications, tap "Allow Notifications".
  4. Confirm by tapping "Allow" in the following system window.

I'm not receiving notifications—what should I do?

For iPhone or iPad:

If you blocked notifications previously:

  1. Open "Settings".

  3. Find and select our app.
  4. Turn on "Allow Notifications".

If the app didn’t ask at all or if the app isn't listed:

  1. Check you have iOS 16.4 or later.
  2. Enable notifications in Safari:
    • Go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → Feature Flags.
    • Turn on "Notifications".
  3. Fully close and reopen the app.
  4. Log in to your account.
  5. When asked to enable notifications, tap "Allow Notifications".
  6. Confirm by tapping "Allow" in the following system window.

For Android:

If notifications aren't working or were previously blocked:

  1. Open "Settings".
  2. Tap "Apps", then tap "All Apps".
  3. Find and select our app.
  4. Tap "Notifications".
  5. Turn on "Allow Notifications".

If the app isn't listed:

  1. Open "Settings".
  2. Tap "Apps", then select "Manage Applications".
  3. Find and tap "Chrome".
  4. Scroll down to the "Sites" section.
  5. Find our website (play777games.com) and tap it.
  6. Turn on "Notifications".
